We have Financial Experts. Instead of bouncing members from desk to desk like a hot potato, you'll build relationships with and guide them through their entire financial journey. One conversation can turn into a deposit, a loan, a plan, or all three! As a full-time (40 hours per week) Financial Expert, your day-to-day might involve:Helping people open accounts, navigate loans, and understand their options

Processing financial transactions, handling cash, and keeping things moving

Spotting opportunities to educate and connect members with products that can make their lives easier

Being the person in the room who makes finance feel less scary

Jumping in wherever you're needed, because that's what experts do!WHAT YOU BRINGA growth mindset

High school diploma or equivalent (18+)Customer service experience (a banking background is a bonus)Comfort handling cash and multitaskingA genuine interest in people and their stories
