About the Position: Financial Literacy Advocate
We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Literacy Advocate on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering clients with essential financial knowledge and skills. You will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, delivering customized financial plans and fostering long-term client relations. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
- Offer professional and supportive interactions with clients and associates
- Educate clients about financial concepts like business investment, insurance protection, and estate planning
- Design tailored financial plans, assisting clients with budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning
- Enhance account value via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- No cold calling or door knocking required.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 or older and a U.S. resident
- Successful background check completion
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer relationship management
- Life Producer license (or willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks)
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and basic reporting
Preferred Experience
- Background in customer service, leadership, or management
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete
- Entrepreneurially-minded with self-motivation and a passion for helping others
- Skills in negotiation or technical troubleshooting are a plus
