Financial Services Representative
Position Overview
No background in finance is required. A fully structured, classroom-to-field training curriculum is provided to teach macroeconomic planning principles, client acquisition, and advanced case design. You will be paired with a seasoned mentor to help you build a highly predictable, relationship-driven local business.Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
- Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
- Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using advanced financial modeling software.
- Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
- No prior financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is highly valued.
- A natural ability to build trust, paired with deep professional empathy.
- Strong work ethic and the self-discipline to manage an autonomous, entrepreneurial schedule.
- Must pass a standard industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success.
- Sponsored licensing (Life & Health, FINRA registrations) and continuous professional development.
