Finishing Technician 3Rd Shift

Apply now!  7pm to 7am with a 4/3/4 Schedule. $16.75 Duties and Responsibilities

1. Understand standard operating procedures of the department and follow them consistently.
2. Responsible for own safety and promoting and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
3. Responsible for feeding pockets down-piling products on the machine.
4. Straighten and align paper signatures.
5. Correctly load feeder pockets with signatures.
6. Inspect and stack the final product.
7. Consumption/assignment of all press/supplied product load flags at the end of job.
8. Routing, staging, and documenting of product moved from machine.
9. Other tasks as requested by supervisor, department or management.

 Qualifications

1. Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
2. Ability to work overtimes as needed is required.
3. Lift 25-40lbs. pounds continuously, lift 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement.
4. Receive and follow instructions.
5. Use vision to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation.
6. Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
7. The ability to perform bask math calculations.
8. Previous Manufacturing/Warehouse experience.
9. Smoke/Tobacco Free facility.
10. Must be ok with staying on property for breaks.
