This position assists machine operators with material preparation, machine operation, quality inspections, and general production support while maintaining a safe and organized manufacturing environment.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in industrial manufacturing and fabrication.Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow work instructions Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment is a plus Forklift experience is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist machine operators with the production of finned tubes and related products Load and unload raw materials onto production equipment Measure, inspect, and verify materials to ensure quality standards are met Operate hand tools, grinders, and other basic shop equipment safely and effectively Stage materials and transport finished products throughout the facility Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through routine housekeeping Follow all company safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements Perform additional production duties as assigned by supervisorsPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or fabrication Experience working around production machinery and material handling equipment Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experiencePhysical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely work around production equipment while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machineryWork Environment Heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency Exposure to production machinery, material handling equipment, and industrial operations Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for cross-training and career advancementWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $19.50/hour Stable Monday Friday first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to learn specialized manufacturing processes used in industrial heat exchanger production Supportive team environment with opportunities for continued training and career growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
