Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Inspections Manager for Firetrol's district office in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supervise the inspectors
- Check inspection reports for accuracy
- Handle high volume of phone calls and emails
- Order tools and materials for the inspections team as needed
- Handle customer communications
- Provide training as needed to inspectors
- Tech Training and development
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled on a timely matter
- Monitor productivity and improve productivity as needed
- Assess manpower needs to support delivery of contractual obligations
- Work with inspection coordinator to ensure inspections are being scheduled in a timely manner.
- Other responsibilities as required to support the business
