THE TYPE OF FIREPLACE SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales and customer service experience
- Basic computer skills with the ability to type 30+ WPM
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and tape measures
- Construction project knowledge and implementation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
Competency in Google Suite would be a plus.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR FIREPLACE SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE
This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
In this role, you'll welcome customers into the showroom, ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and guide them toward the ideal fireplace or chimney solution. You'll measure spaces, explain features, and smoothly manage the ordering process, following up after installation to ensure everything performs perfectly, while maintaining a clean, inviting showroom and delivering cheerful, confidence‑building service both in person and over the phone.
