Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift Location: Fremont, IN Shift: First Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $16.00 per hour Overtime: Voluntary
Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at our Fremont, Indiana facility. This is a first-shift position in a quiet, clean production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an industrial serger (sewing machine)
- Assemble parts according to specifications
- Cut raw materials to required lengths
- Package finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial sewing equipment
- Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
