You understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, and you want to help others experience the physical and mental benefits that come with it. You know how to motivate both members and fellow staff to push themselves outside of their comfort zones to achieve their goals.
If this sounds like you, then keep reading. Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping is looking for fitness instructors to inspire & motivate both members and staff through their actions and passion. We'relooking for individuals who can provide members with an exceptional experience through the guidance and mentoring of fellow instructors in the center.
As a Farrell’s Fitness Instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:
Lead high energy Farrell’s fitness classes using approved FXB class plans
Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that aligns with the FXB culture and values
Engage with members and aid them in their health and fitness journey
Work toward the attainment of Farrell’s instructor certification
Provide Farrell’s nutritional support and coaching throughout the challenge
Celebrate member’s achievement of goals
Exhibit preparedness, organization, and dependability
Demonstrate the true spirit of Farrell's through passion, enthusiasm, positivity, and drive to change the lives of others
Additionally, you meet the following requirements:
AED/CPR certified
Minimum group fitness training experience of 1-3 years
Possess a coachable, winning attitude, and always ready to learn
Demonstrate excellent leadership, coaching and motivation skills
Build rapport with members and staff
Understand the basics of nutrition programming and accountability (nutrition and/or health coaching certification is preferred but not required)

Part Time
Compensation & Benefits
Free 10-week challenge as part of onboarding training
On site instructor training during 10-week challenge
Per class compensation based on market and experience
Potential for bonuses surrounding retention and class growth
Complimentary membership upon earning Level 2 instructor certification
