As a Head Coach, you won’t just train members — you’ll lead a team, build relationships, inspire confidence, and help create a club culture people love being part of.
What You’ll Do
Coach & Inspire
- Deliver exceptional fitness consultations, evaluations, and training experiences
- Help members set goals, stay accountable, and celebrate results
- Build strong relationships that create long-term member success
Lead the Personal Training Team
- Motivate, mentor, and develop a team of personal trainers
- Foster a positive, energetic, and growth-focused environment
- Lead by example inside and outside the club
Grow the Business
- Drive personal training sales and department growth
- Maintain member training profiles and progress tracking
- Help create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged
Be a Community Leader
- Represent the club at local events and community partnerships
- Build meaningful relationships within the community
- Be a brand ambassador for health, wellness, and positivity
Maintain Club Excellence
- Help ensure the facility and equipment stay clean, safe, and welcoming
- Deliver world-class customer service every day
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Passionate about health and fitness
- A natural motivator and relationship builder
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Coachable with strong leadership skills
- Comfortable with sales and goal-setting
- Ready to grow professionally and personally
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Personal Training Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- CPR/AED Certification required
- 1+ year of fitness training experience preferred
- Exercise Science degree preferred but not required
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 11am–7pm
- Friday: 7am–12pm
