Job Description
- Fitness Assessment: Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for members, considering their individual fitness levels and abilities. This includes body composition analysis and strength evaluation.
- Customized Workouts: Develop tailored workout plans for members that are adaptable to different fitness levels and abilities, while incorporating body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting techniques.
- Instruction and Demonstration: Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, emphasizing form, safety, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed for each member.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with members to set achievable fitness goals and track their progress over time, making modifications as required.
- Nutritional Guidance: Offer basic nutritional guidance that considers the unique needs of each member and recommend appropriate dietary changes to complement fitness plans.
- Motivation and Sales: Provide continuous motivation and support to members of all fitness levels and abilities, with a focus on converting them into paying clients for personalized training sessions.
- Client Acquisition: Actively promote and sell personal training packages to motivated members, with a goal of increasing revenue for the gym.
- Group Classes: Lead fitness classes, workshops, and group training sessions related to body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, accommodating participants with varying levels of fitness.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and safety of fitness equipment and report any issues promptly to ensure safety for all members.
- Member Engagement: Foster positive relationships with members, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm, regardless of their fitness background.
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach with a focus on bodybuilding and powerlifting.
- Strong knowledge of body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting techniques, with the ability to adapt these techniques to diverse fitness levels.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Prior personal training experience with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals, while also converting them into paying clients.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for fitness and health.
