Job Description
- Guide and motivate groups of 22-33 members through pre-defined workouts.
- Ensure members use correct form and offer adjustments as needed.
- Demonstrate the usage of fitness equipment utilized in each workout.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of our state-of-the-art studio.
- Understand the science behind our strength and heart-rate-focused training programs, staying up to date on active fitness industry trends.
- Build meaningful connections and create a sense of community inside and outside of the studio.
- Positively impact the lives of others by helping members set and achieve their personal fitness goals.
- Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current AED/CPR certification.
- Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program (upon hire).
- Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based training.
- Experience coaching in either personal or group fitness settings.
- A team player committed to growth and excellence.
- Position Type: This position is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling; averaging 6-8 classes per week with the option to coach additional classes as available.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
