We serve a wide range of clients, including those who have never felt successful with fitness before.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Coaching:* Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics® equipment* Conduct initial assessments and consultations* Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress* Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy livingClient Success:* Track and review results through our high-tech system* Build long-term relationships with clients* Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progressStudio Operations:* Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions* Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio* Log data and client communication accurately in CRMWhat We Offer:* No certifications or degrees required – We’ll pay for your Exercise, Stretch Coach, and Nutrition Playbook certifications* Stable, hourly pay – earn for every hour you're scheduled (not just personal training sessions)* Pay increase following the completion of the paid training and certifications (3-4 weeks)* Growth opportunities with pay increases for top performers* Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling* Complimentary membership – train on the same high-tech equipment our clients love* Our fast 7-day hiring process means you could be coaching in no time!* Direct 12-month track to lead coachQualificationsRequired:- High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with people- Excellent communication and listening skills- Strong ability to connect with and inspire others- Willingness to learn and adapt- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)- Authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred:- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field (helpful but not necessary)Ideal Candidate Traits:- Friendly, professional, and dependable- Passionate about helping others improve their health- Motivated by purpose, not just reps- Enjoys teamwork and a collaborative environmentThe Exercise Coach - Company Overview
