We are a rapidly growing integrated fitness and medical company expanding to Coconut Creek combining fitness, rehab-informed training, and high-level coaching in a professional clinical setting. Our fitness team works with medical professionals to create safe and effective program for the clients. We are entering a major growth phase and building a team of career-driven fitness professionals who want long-term advancement — not just a paycheck.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in the Exercise Sciences or related field.
Compensation: Base hourly wage commensurate with experience plus premium per session trained and Profit Gain Bonus. Paid Vacation, and Continuing Education.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Customizing and Delivering customized personal training programs
- Working alongside experienced fitness and medical professionals in a integrated medical fitness model
- Coaching cardiovascular, resistance, mobility, stability, and nutrition
- Supporting client education in lifestyle choices
- Adapting programs to individual limitations and goals
- Developing professionally through ongoing education and mentorship

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field (required)
- Basic knowledge of cardiovascular and resistance training principles
- Familiarity with free weight equipment
- Foundational understanding of nutrition principles
- Basic computer skills
- Must be pursuing a long-term career in fitness
