Prestonwood Country Club is now hiring FrontDesk Attendant to join our Fitness Center team! This is a Part-Time position requiring flexible schedules Monday-Friday for AM (6am-12pm) shift with occasional PM shift (12pm-4:30pm). We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. If you are a friendly, outgoing team player who likes to provide exceptional customer service, apply now we would love to hear from you!POSITION SUMMARY: The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screens members verifying member / guest status
Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls
Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments
Answers questions about hours of operation, check in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.
Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
Keeps reception desk neat and clean.
