Job Description

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a friendly and motivated Fitness Floor Attendant to join the fitness team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging fitness environment by providing exercise floor supervision, assisting members with their fitness needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is an on-call position ideal for individuals seeking flexibility and the opportunity to stay connected to a dynamic fitness community. Fitness Floor Attendants provide coverage for open shifts when regular staff are unavailable.

Available shift times include:Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):Opening Shift: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PMClosing Shift: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Weekdays (Monday-Friday):Opening Shift: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AMMidday Shift: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PMClosing Shift: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Availability Requirement: On-call Fitness Floor Attendants are expected to provide coverage for a minimum of two 6-hour shifts per calendar month.
