Fitness Instructor

Pure Barre is the nation's leading barre fitness brand with more than 500 studios across the United States and Canada. We believe fitness has the power to transform lives, and we're passionate about creating an exceptional experience that helps every client feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

We're looking for an energetic, motivating Fitness Instructor who loves connecting with people, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. If you love fitness, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

We are currently hiring for our Cathedral Commons, Capitol Hill, and Dupont Circle studios in Washington, D.C.

As a Pure Barre Fitness Instructor, you'll lead clients through the Pure Barre experience, creating an engaging, empowering, and results-driven class environment. You'll inspire and motivate members while building genuine relationships that keep them coming back to the studio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, has a passion for fitness and wellness, is music oriented and motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We believe exceptional experiences are found in the details, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, polished studio where every client feels valued.

This is a part-time position. Candidates should be available to teach a minimum of five classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays and we are currently looking to hire especially for Midday Classes at our Cathedral Commons studio).

All instructors are required to successfully complete Pure Barre's comprehensive training program, which includes a four-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant at-home study and preparation before becoming eligible to teach classes.

Because of the investment in our instructors, a minimum 12-month commitment to teaching is required before attending training.

Many of our leaders began as instructors. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and looking for opportunities to grow, we'd love to help you build your career with Pure Barre.

If you're enthusiastic about helping others, enjoy working in a positive environment, and are excited to make a meaningful impact every day, we encourage you to apply today.

Compensation: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour; complimentary membership and employee discounts.
