💼 Position Flexologist📍 Location Darien CT💰 Pay $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission🕒 Part time and full time roles available

🔹 What You’ll Do

Deliver one on one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, and recovery
Support presale events, community outreach, and membership growth initiatives
Build strong client relationships and contribute to long term retention
Help create a welcoming, positive, and high energy studio environment

🎓 Paid Training and Certification

All hires will complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program at no cost prior to opening.
Includes approximately 20 hours of online and in studio training
Hands on coaching from certified Master Flexologist Trainers
Ongoing continuing education and development

🌈 Compensation and Benefits

$24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
Paid training and nationally recognized certification

✨ Qualifications

Passion for health, fitness, mobility, and helping others
Background in personal training, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, or related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in fitness, bodywork, or movement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and team oriented mindset
