Stretch Zone is seeking energetic, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Stretch Practitioners.

No prior stretching experience is required. We provide paid training and certification through Stretch Zone's nationally recognized practitioner-assisted stretching program.

What You'll Do

Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions
Educate members on mobility, flexibility, and wellness benefits
Create an exceptional member experience during every visit
Track member progress and complete session notes
Build strong relationships with members
Support studio cleanliness and organization
Participate in ongoing training and team development
Assist with member retention through outstanding service
Convert introductory stretches into memberships
Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
Manage daily lead assignments
Maintain accurate CRM notes and prospect records

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to safely perform assisted stretching techniques
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
