• Work one-on-one with clients in a focused environment

• Build your own client base and recurring schedule

• Become an expert in mobility, recovery, and flexibility training

• Help clients reduce pain, move better, and improve performance

• Personal Training

• Group Fitness Instruction

• Strength & Conditioning

• Yoga or Pilates

• Athletic Coaching

💰 Compensation

• $24–$28 per hour when stretching clients

• Commission on sales

• Tips & performance incentives

📈 What You’ll Do

• Deliver 25-minute and 50-minute assisted stretch sessions

• Build relationships that lead to long-term recurring clients

• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and injury prevention

• Maintain detailed notes on client progress

• Contribute to a positive, high-energy studio environment

🧠 Training & Development

We provide comprehensive Flexologist training, including:

• Assisted stretching techniques

• Anatomy and movement education

• Client communication and session structure
