Job Description

Ready to launch something extraordinary? HealthFitness is looking for a Fitness Program Manager to lead a brand-new fitness center in Omaha, Nebraska, opening in September/October. You'll lead a small team of health and fitness professionals, build lasting relationships with members, teach group exercise classes, and create an engaging environment where people feel motivated, supported, and connected.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated fitness leader who thrives on building culture, creating engagement, and delivering exceptional wellness experiences.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, varying shifts between 6am-7pm
