The Sales Associate is a true sales role, not a receptionist position.
You are the first impression of the studio—responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering studio tours, and converting prospects into long-term members.
You’ll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you win.

What You’ll Do
- Execute the full sales process: lead follow-up → tour → close
- Represent Club Pilates with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
- Conduct studio tours and discovery conversations to uncover client needs
- Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products
- Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals
- Support current members with exceptional customer service
- Participate in community events, promotions, and special activations
- Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback
- Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results
Requirements
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
- Ability to learn and use CRM and studio software (e.g., ClubReady)
- Professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and via email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts
