Fitness Sales Coordinator - High-Performance Sales Role

Retro Fitness | Cambridge, MA

Base salary + performance-driven commission

We're looking for a sales-driven professional who knows how to create opportunities and close them, someone who's confident in starting conversations, building momentum, and turning interest into action.

This is a results-focused sales role. Success comes from consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution. We value authenticity, trust, and value performance.

What You'll Do

Proactively generate leads through outreach and referrals
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Build trust quickly and uncover prospect needs
Present membership and coaching solutions with confidence
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
Confident closing skills and objection handling
Strong follow-up habits and pipeline management
Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
Comfortable across in-person, phone, and digital sales
