About the Role:

Join D1 Training- Merrillville as a Fitness Sales Manager, where you will inspire and lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through fitness. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background and a love for health and wellness, ready to make a significant impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs.
Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for both staff and clients.
Analyze sales metrics and report on performance trends to upper management.
Collaborate with the training staff to enhance client retention strategies.
Ensure the facility meets all operational and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fitness-related certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE) are a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Passion for health and fitness with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
