Core Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Personal Training teamDrive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion
Conduct fitness assessments, onboarding sessions, and sales presentationsHire, onboard, and develop high-performing trainers
Manage schedules, session bookings, and department operationsTrack team performance metrics - sales, session volume, retention, and engagement
Foster an elite culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous educationCollaborate with leadership to plan and execute major club events and initiatives

Requirements
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferredCPR/AED Certification (current)
Minimum 2 years of personal training experienceMinimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skillsAbility to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
