First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Full-Time Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Andover MA.

As the Fitness Specialist:

Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates members to achieve their goals.
Create and lead a variety of group fitness classes and willing to learn new formats and specialties.
Opportunity to train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service
Opportunity to create and lead health, wellness, and fitness programs and events.
Work full-time in a fun and collaborative environment.

We're looking for:

An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members
Proficiency in using a computer.
BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
CPR/AED certification

Salary Range $48,000 - $52,000. With the opportunity to make more with consistent classes taught.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am-7pm, NO Weekends

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
