Responsibilities

• Lead world-class Small Group Personal Training sessions
• Deliver safe, challenging, and engaging workouts
• Ensure every member feels seen, supported, and successful
• Maintain coaching standards and attention to detail at all times

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer credential from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Experience in Small Group Personal Training
• Passion for helping people achieve life-changing results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to coach groups while still making every member feel personally coached
