WHAT IS A 9ROUND WORKOUT LIKE?

9Round offers a 30 minute full body workout utilizing boxing/kickboxing techniques in a circuit style workout.

It's fun, fast, and gets every member working hard! With no class times, it fits everyone's schedule.

We are looking for a few Part Time Trainers for evening shifts. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, like to workout in a fun environment and want to help people reach their goals!!
