Fitter/WelderPay:$28.00 per hourLocation:Sapulpa, OK 74066Schedule:Full-TimeJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125313Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fitter/Welder to join a fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK. This position is responsible for fitting, assembling, and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and precision.The ideal Fitter/Welder has strong fabrication skills, excellent blueprint reading abilities, and experience performing fit-up and welding operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of fitter/welder or fabrication experience preferred Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding Ability to use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and squares Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Basic math skills and fabrication knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIREDEssential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and fabrication documents Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to required dimensions Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required by project specifications Align and fit components using proper fabrication techniques and tolerances Inspect welds and assemblies for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, torches, saws, and related shop tools Maintain production schedules while ensuring quality standards are met Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with additional fabrication and welding duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications AWS Certification (preferred but not required) Experience with structural welding or pipe welding Knowledge of fabrication shop equipment and processes Previous manufacturing, industrial, or heavy fabrication experiencePhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and material handling Ability to work safely around welding equipment, fabrication tools, and moving materials Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shiftWork Environment Industrial fabrication and welding facility Exposure to welding fumes, sparks, heat, noise, and heavy equipment Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity PPE required at all timesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay at $28.00 per hour Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to utilize advanced fitting and welding skills Stable manufacturing environment Team-oriented workplace with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
