Job Description
Vibhuti Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized and communicative Fleet & Safety Manager to support our growing trucking operations, relative experience preferred. This full-time role, and requires occasional travel to additional terminals within and out of state. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle administrative details, and enjoys working with people across departments, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor, Review, Plan, Coordinate and track truck repairs, maintenance schedules, and service documentation
- Identify, negotiate and communicate with vendors for repair, parts, etc.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure fleet & safety compliance and efficiency
- Monitor driver performance and behavior using VEDR (video event data recorder) systems and other systems & tools available
- Maintain regular communication with terminal managers and relay updates effectively
- Liaise with back-office support for smooth operations and issue resolution
- Travel as needed between terminal locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or administrative coordination (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfort with technology and fleet monitoring tools
- Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and problem-solve on the fly
- Valid driver’s license (and willingness to travel between locations)
