Flex Pool - Material Prep (Seasonal)

Flex Pool- Material PrepJoin our new Free Agent Pool.We're building a select team of dependable employees who want to make their own schedule. You don't want to work Monday? Not a problem. This seasonal roster supports the increased demand Sports Endeavors has during the summer. Our leaders will post open shifts on their schedule for members of this pool to request through our mobile app (or web browser).This position will be working as a member of the Material Prep department. This employee has a passion for excellence and will work alongside the PSG leadership. This position will have many tasks and requires good time management skills and attention to detail.Current shifts include:

1st shift: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.2nd shift: 4 p.m.- 12 a.m.

Major Accountabilities/Essential DutiesResponsibilities:

Pick heat press materials from inventoryFile heat press materialsDe-bag material from vendor packagingPrint and process paperwork for Heat Press ordersBuild orders to run through the automated heat press lineLoad and unload orders from the automated heat press linePerform Quality Control on finished articles from the automated heat pressFix problem orders that come from pickingPerforms other duties as they are assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while staying within medical guidelines.Must be proficient in basic computer skills.Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.Candidate should be production driven, and must have proven track record for punctuality, minimal absenteeismWork hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.Some basic computer skills required.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
