Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair ATM and related equipment.
Training will be provided, so candidates with little or no previous ATM repair experience are welcome. Candidates should have basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and component replacements.
Troubleshoot equipment issues using error logs and service information.
Maintain parts inventory and service records.
Provide updates on repair and service activities.
Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
Follow security and safety procedures at customer locations.
Complete required technical training and certifications.
Accurately document service calls and activities.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of related experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation.
Android smartphone for work orders and technical documentation.
Basic hand tools, including flathead and Phillip's screwdrivers.
Physical & Schedule Requirements
Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry tools/parts weighing approximately 1–50 lbs.
Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
May require occasional night, weekend, or rotating shift work.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree preferred.
Previous ATM, equipment repair, field service, electrical, or mechanical experience is a plus.
