- Organize and manage digital files and health records databases
- Cross-check source documents to ensure data integrity
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any data discrepancies
- Meet assigned data entry targets within flexible deadlines
- Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
