Introduction

This position provides support in multiple departments, helping ensure our residents receive excellent care and service throughout the day.
The successful candidate will be willing to learn a variety of roles, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy departments as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms and common areas.
- Assist with meal service, dining room support, and dietary tasks.
- Assist residents with activities and recreational programs.
- Follow department procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Training
- Will receive training in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy.
- Ability to work in multiple departments based on daily staffing and resident needs.
Shift Requirements
- 6 shifts per two-week pay period.
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work the assigned position for the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
