Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Flexnet Management Suite (FNMS) Specialist role to support a DHS client where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. This individual is responsible for supporting the delivery of all program activities for an organization's software asset management (SAM) requirements. For the base and option periods, the SAM support services shall consist of tool configuration and maintenance, program guidance, entitlement tracking, proactive software asset management, software licensing optimization, software license helpdesk support.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Operation and Maintenance tasks associated with FNMS and associated connections
Maintain the FNMS in the USCIS environment and provide expert technical support for the tool
Support the Project Manager to meet project work statement requirements
Support alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, policies, and operational priorities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience administering an enterprise Flexera deployment

Skills and Competencies

Strong Flexera background
Experience with DHS systems preferred
