Now Hiring: Experienced Pressure Sensitive Label Die Cutter Press Operator

Encore Label & Packaging is hiring a Flexographic Press Operator with experience in label printing and packaging manufacturing. This role is ideal for candidates with Mark Andy or similar flexo press experience, looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in Charlotte.

Pay & Schedule

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4-day work week
Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses (Mark Andy, CEI, or similar)
Perform press setup, color matching, and quality control
Run pressure-sensitive label jobs from start to finish
Troubleshoot press issues and maintain production efficiency
Work with die cutting, rewinders, and finishing equipment
Review job tickets and ensure accurate production setup
Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance
Use shop floor systems for job tracking and reporting

Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or Printing Press Operator
Experience in label printing or packaging manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with Mark Andy presses, die cutting, or narrow web printing
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
