Job Description

Carefree Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Float CNA to join our northern Assisted Living communities. This position provides coverage across multiple sites while delivering resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role plays an essential part in ensuring consistent, high-quality care across our northern communities.

Schedule & Pay: $28/hour. Shifts may vary based on the needs of the facility. Float coverage across multiple northern sites. Additional shift differential of $1.00/hr for PM shifts and $1.50/hr for overnight shifts. Onsite housing accommodations provided during scheduled work assignments, along with one complimentary meal per shift.

Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Build meaningful relationships and ensure the highest level of care and customer service. Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive living environment. Support team members and adapt to different site protocols as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Current CNA certification in Minnesota. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Professional, compassionate, and adaptable to different team environments. Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
