BCI Management owns and manages six communities with just under 600 apartment homes in Maryland. Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Completion of resident work orders.
- Apartment Turnovers.
- Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
- Snow Removal.
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
This position will be floating between Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Cecil County.
Qualifications:
- Apartment Maintenance experience a must.
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must have EPA and HVAC certifications.
- Upon a conditional offer, background check.
