We're hiring a Warehouse Manager with flooring experience to manage inventory, support project scheduling, and handle admin tasks. Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable taking customer and vendor calls.
Key Duties:
- Manage warehouse inventory and materials (flooring products)
- Support job scheduling and coordinate deliveries
- Use QuickBooks for inventory, POs, and job costing
- Take incoming calls and assist with customer/vendor communication
- Work with crews to ensure projects run smoothly
Requirements:
- Experience in flooring or construction warehousing
- Strong QuickBooks skills
- Project scheduling knowledge
- Professional communication skills
- Forklift experience a plus
