Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Colorado Springs 
Type: Full-Time
We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager with flooring experience to manage inventory, support project scheduling, and handle admin tasks. Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable taking customer and vendor calls.
Key Duties:

  • * Manage warehouse inventory and materials (flooring products)

  • * Support job scheduling and coordinate deliveries

  • * Use QuickBooks for inventory, POs, and job costing
    • *
  • * Take incoming calls and assist with customer/vendor communication
    • *
  • * Work with crews to ensure projects run smoothly
    • Requirements:

  • * Experience in flooring or construction warehousing
    • *
  • * Strong QuickBooks skills
    • *
  • * Project scheduling knowledge
    • *
  • * Professional communication skills
    • *
  • * Forklift experience a plus
