We're looking for a Floor Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember.

  • Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detail
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finish
  • Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installation
  • Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed
  • Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right way
  • Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of flooring installation experience (carpet and/or LVP preferred)
  • Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
