Job Description
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Floor Tech is responsible for the daily maintenance of all flooring in the Facility. Maintains clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Operates steam-cleaning or shampoo equipment on carpeting, strips, seals, finishes and polishes floors. Provides a safe, clean environment for residents in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, and walk and stand for most of the working day.
