Job Title: Floor Tech-Full TimePay: $17.00/hour – Full-Time (Paid training)Location: Based in Carol Stream, IL (travel to job sites)About the Role:We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Projects Cleaning Team. This position includes both general and specialized cleaning duties to help maintain clean, safe, and professional environments at our clients’ facilities. All assigned duties will include paid training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Complete specialized tasks including carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting.
Safely operate a scissor lift (training and OSHA certification provided).
Meet daily at our Carol Stream office to pick up the company vehicle before heading to assigned job sites.

Schedule:

Work schedules are assigned the day before each shift.
Start time between 3pm-5pmMonday to Friday, and some Saturdays or occasional Sundays.
Flexibility is essential.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass document verification and a background check.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Flexibility to adapt to changing job sites and schedules.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
