We are seeking a Sales And Design Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- You will be responsible for assessing our clients' needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs.
- Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Sales Manager
- Assist Sales Manager with ordering of products (provide clarification on what needs to be ordered, as needed)
- Communicate customer needs/expectations to Sales Manager to make jobs go smoothly
- Follow-up with all customers after job completion to be sure they are satisfied
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Complete outside measurements and figure materials
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in flooring sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
MUST HAVE FLOORING EXPERIENCE.
