What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conducting in-home design consultations using a company-provided mobile showroom
- Recommending flooring solutions that align with customer style, function, and investment goals
- Measuring spaces and creating digital proposals using company tools
- Managing the sales process from initial consultation through signed agreement
- Building referral relationships and generating repeat business
- Maintaining consistent communication to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Achieving sales targets while delivering a top-tier customer experience
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- At least 2 years of outside or in-home sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
- Working knowledge of flooring products and installation practices
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with confidence
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by high earning potential
- Valid driver’s license and availability for customer appointments
