Flooring Sales Consultant – Join a Team Where People Matter

We’re seeking a Flooring Sales Consultant who loves connecting with people and helping them create beautiful, functional spaces they’ll enjoy for years to come. In this role, you’ll guide customers through every step of the process—from selecting the perfect flooring to seeing their vision come to life—while building lasting relationships along the way that lead to repeat and referral business.

In this role, you will:

  • Build trust-based relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.

  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and guide them toward the best solutions.

  • Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure every detail is handled and to deliver on promises.

  • Stay up to date on products, trends, and industry best practices.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in sales (flooring, design, or construction experience a plus).

  • Is positive, personable, and solutions-focused.

  • Thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment.

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure is base-plus-commission, offering a competitive bi-weekly salary with strong earning potential. Pay varies based on experience. Additionally, our benefits include:
