We are onboarding experienced, fully insured flooring subcontractors with multiple flooring-type install and finishing experience: laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood for projects upcoming commercial projects in Fairlawn and Blacksburg VA-accepting bids now. Apply Today
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Knowledge of commercial/residential construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety
- Ability to read and understand related construction documents (i.e., blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.)
- Must maintain valid Workman's Comp & General Liability insurance on self and crew and fully insured work vehicles
- Must hold an OSHA 10 card
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a face-paced & evolving environment
- Applicant MUST have own tools and a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites
