Job Description
EASTERN TITLE DIVISION
Job Description:
As a Marketing Trainer, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to high-performing title agents-helping them elevate their marketing, grow their business, and compete more effectively in their markets.
You'll have the autonomy to assess needs, design strategies, and deliver tailored solutions-combining digital marketing expertise with real-world coaching. If you're someone who thrives in an independent, consultative environment and enjoys turning strategy into measurable results, this role is built for you.
Location/Travel: All across the state of Florida - Up to ~60% (includes overnight stays for in-person trainings)
Work style: Mix of independent work, collaboration, and field engagement
What You'll Do:
Consult, Coach, and Influence
Partner directly with title agents to evaluate their marketing and business development strategies
Conduct deep-dive audits across key channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, and CRM
Design customized, actionable marketing plans tailored to each agent's goals and market
Deliver high-impact training through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and in-person sessions
Act as a strategic advisor-guiding agents on client engagement, visibility, and revenue growth
Continuously refine your approach based on performance data, feedback, and market trends
Build and Evolve the Program
Create and enhance training materials, playbooks, guides, and video resources
Develop scalable tools, templates, and workflows that extend your impact
Partner with leadership to shape and grow the marketing training program
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technology teams
Identify opportunities to improve agent experience and program effectiveness
What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for someone coming from a marketing agency environment who's ready to step into a more strategic, people-focused position.
Strong digital marketing expertise (websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, CRM)
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses or client-facing environments
Ability to assess needs and build customized solutions-not just deliver pre-built training
Strong business acumen and ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience in real estate or supporting real estate professionals is a plus
- Real estate exposure is helpful-but not required
What Makes This Role Different:
High impact: You're directly influencing business growth for top-performing agents
Strategic + hands-on: A mix of consulting, coaching, and program building
Autonomy: You'll help shape and evolve the training program
Variety: No two agents-or strategies-are the same
Growth opportunity: Ideal for someone looking to move beyond execution into leadership and influence
