Job Description

Madison Allied LLC (Florida licensed) is a tech-driven brokerage looking for motivated agents ready to grow.

What We Offer:

- No floor time / flexible schedules

- Company-provided leads (no upfront cost for qualifying agents)

Commission Programs:

- Experienced Agents (6+ deals last 12 months): 90/10 split (+$299/$399 fee per deal)

- Runway Agents: 80/20 split (+$299/$399 fee per deal)

- Company Leads: 50/50 split (+$299/$399 fee per deal, less referral fees in select programs)

Requirements:

- Active Florida Real Estate License

- Motivated, organized, and driven to close deals
