Flower Annual Care & Pruning AssociateSchedule: Full-timeCompensation: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)About Us:We have been a leader in landscaping management throughout Central Ohio for over 35 years. - Plant and maintain annuals and perennials
- Perform pruning and care for flowers and plant materials
- Support landscaping projects with attention to detail
- Work independently and with team members to complete daily tasks
- Plant and maintain annual flowers and perennials
- Prune plant materials using proper tools and techniques
- Follow crew leader instructions on daily assignments
- Maintain flower beds and landscaped areas
- Ensure quality and attention to detail on all projects
- Assist with general landscape maintenance as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Experience with planting annuals and perennials required
- Previous pruning or landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using pruning tools and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
